This organization of Master Masons operates 22 hospitals throughout the USA, Canada and Mexico.

Providing financial support from fund raising efforts which are used for patient care, assistance to families and is further support by individuals through the donation of their personal time and effort.

The Quebec Masonic Foundation distributes grants to a number of charities and further supports individual Lodge Charitable donations through its Pairing Program.

Through this program, it augments the sums raised by individual Lodges which are donated to causes supported by the specific lodges.

This serves to encourage the efforts of fund raising by the individual lodges.

The Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite funds young medical researchers who are working to fight children’s diseases.

Finally, at the time of his installation, each Grand Master gets to choose one charity to which he will donate all the funds he raises, including those raised through the sale of pins specifically produced for the reason.
